- Complete 300 metre shuttle run in 113 seconds
- Skip rope for 15 revolutions
- Pass ball around body 20 times in 18 seconds
- Soccer dribble ball through serpentine course twice in 20 seconds
Canada and Community Appreciation
- Visit a community leader and learn about the duties of the job or office and explain what you have learned
- List six ways in which Canada helps or works with other nations
- Name the Prime Minister of Canada
- Name the Premier of Alberta
- List the names of five people from any country that you think are good citizens and explain why

- Complete SASS worksheet with your parents
